To detect irregular and, particularly, criminal behaviors, a confidential Ethical Channel has been established at the email address denuncias@infinitia.es.
All members of INFINITIA are committed and obligated to report any irregular behavior, either through the Ethical Channel or by approaching the Compliance Officer or the chain of command.
When communication is made through the Ethical Channel, the following details should be provided:
a) The identity of the person reporting, unless the report is made anonymously.
b) The department or area where the irregular conduct was observed.
c) The date on which the observation was made.
d) A brief account of the observed facts.
e) A list of the individuals involved in the observed facts.
f) The reporter’s assessment of the facts (optional).
g) Additional remarks.
For its management, the Procedure for Receiving and Investigating Communications through the Ethical Channel has been approved, ensuring the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity, the individuals potentially affected by the communication, and all aspects related to the reported facts and their investigation.
No reprisals may be taken against anyone reporting irregularities, provided they have acted in good faith.
However, if the investigation reveals that the INFINITIA member acted in bad faith by deliberately submitting a manifestly false report, it will be classified as a very serious offense and may be sanctioned in accordance with the Disciplinary System and applicable legislation.
