With a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, she works in microbiology, biofilm formation and analysis, antimicrobial efficacy testing, fermentation and biotechnology, as well as food safety and quality. She is the key specialist for the food analysis laboratory and microbiological testing.
